The Residence Sud Est is the ideal place for family holidays as well as for nature and sports lovers, as it is an excellent starting point for all the sports activities that can be practised on Elba, including boat trips, diving, kitesurfing and trekking.

The property is located opposite the Bay of Mola, a natural harbour virtually protected from all winds, with a buoy field that serves as anchorage from May to October, for boats up to 16m.
